QTP 5015 inner climbing tower crane( for short QTP5015 tower crane) applies hydraulic climbing, hydraulic jacks inner climbing frame, inner climbing leading support and ladders, which make inner climbing process realize mechanization and overcome the difficulties of manual dismantling, moving hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, inner climbing frame and spandrel girder floor by floor. It can save time and be popular in high rise and super high rise buildings.
QTP5015 is installed in elevator shaft of buildings (see chart 1), apply work range of tower crane widely, the effective loading is bigger and work range is wider than external climbing tower cranes.
The tower crane climbs constantly according to the height of buildings. A model can reach up to 120m, B model can reach up to 230m, no matter A or B model, free standing height of QTP5015 is 33m and 38m, therefore it can save a lot of original equipment cost, transportation, transportation fee and cost of maintenance.
In addition, it has high security and reliability, save energy, save construction site, and has the strong applicability in the urban redevelopment.
QTP5015 has inner climbing, fixed, attached and other feathers. And its independent height can reach 33 meters, and install inner climbing mechanism as inner climbing tower crane, increase mast sections and collar ties basing on independent height as external climbing tower crane.
Its rated lifting moment is 8000 KN. M, max. Load is 6 tons, and the jib length is 50m, Hoisting mechanism applies three-speed motor, conversion rate available to 6 work speed, max. Speed is 80 m/min, min. Speed is 4.6 m/min, to achieve the light-load high-speed, heavy duty low speed, will help improve the efficiency of the tower crane. Slewing mechanism use rotary winding motor drive organizations, trolleying mechanism applies dual speed motor drive, good stability.
The machine is equipped with various safety devices, including the lifting torque limiter, weight limiter, height limiter, slewing limiter, variable speed limiter, etc., ensuring proceeding of tower crane.
